About Dr. Carter
My Approach
Through an empathic and grounded approach, I’m here to support your healing and personal growth. Therapy is an investment of your time and money and I honor that commitment by tailoring my approach to meet your specific needs and help you achieve your goals. Therapy offers a space for reflection, understanding, and meaningful growth and I’m dedicated to creating a space that is safe and genuinely collaborative. I work with clients to help them deepen self-awareness, cultivate self-compassion, build inner resilience, and develop effective coping strategies. Healing and growth are possible—and I’m here to support you in that process.
